How to use

Apply to the affected areas of skin several times & massage in.

RICH CARE FOR STRESSED FEET:
In the evening before going to bed, apply a pea-sized amount to the soles of both feet, massage in gently and put on socks.

SUPPLENESS FOR ELBOWS, SHINS & KNEES:
The skin over the joints is particularly prone to dryness and irritation.
Spread the rich Propolis Cream generously over the affected areas several times a day.

COLD PROTECTION FOR FACE & HANDS:
Care for your hands and face with the cream. The resulting film protects the skin from moisture loss caused by cold, wind and rain.
