Directions for use

*** Stir 7 level tablespoons (61 g) into 350 ml of hot water using a whisk. Use a sufficiently large container; a bowl for 350 ml is too small for this. After letting it swell briefly, stir again and consume as a replacement for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Consume immediately after preparation.

With plenty of valuable dietary fibre – e.g. from psyllium husks and a carefully selected mix of vegan proteins from pea, chickpea and faba bean.
