How to use

Recommended intake: Take 1x capsule daily with a little liquid.

Ingredients: Choline bitartrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), wormwood extract (Artemisia absinthium L.) (19%), milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum L.) (8%), chlorella powder (Chlorella sorokiniana) (8%), sodium molybdate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; manganese gluconate, vitamin B6.

MILK THISTLE
Liver protection: Milk thistle is known above all for its positive effect on liver health1. It is believed that silymarin, the main constituent of milk thistle, can support the regeneration of liver cells.

Liver detoxification: Milk thistle can also promote the liver's detoxification function1 by increasing the activity of the enzymes involved in breaking down toxins and harmful substances.
Support: Milk thistle or silymarin is often taken as a supplement to support liver function.

ARTEMISIA
Artemisia absinthium, commonly known as wormwood, has a wide range of uses because of its versatile properties and benefits.

Digestive support: Artemisia has long been used traditionally to promote digestion. It is believed that artemisia can stimulate the production of digestive juices and can therefore be helpful for stomach and intestinal problems such as flatulence & a feeling of fullness.

Antioxidant effect: Artemisia naturally contains antioxidants2 such as polyphenols, flavonoids & terpenes. Antioxidants are known to be able to contribute to protecting the cells from oxidative stress and damage caused by free radicals.

CYSTEINE
Cysteine is an essential amino acid that plays a role in many vital functions. A deficiency of cysteine or its precursors can have a negative effect on various aspects of the body's metabolism and impair the functions of the liver and other organs. The liver's ability to synthesise cysteine is therefore important for maintaining a healthy metabolism and an adequate detoxification function.

CHLORELLA
Chlorella is a freshwater alga that is valued as a food supplement because of its nutritional properties and its potential health benefits.

Antioxidant properties: Chlorella contains natural antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E and carotenoids. Antioxidants protect the body from oxidative stress and can contribute to minimising cell damage caused by free radicals.

Wealth of nutrients: Chlorella is rich in various nutrients, including proteins, vitamins (such as B vitamins, vitamin C and vitamin K), minerals (such as iron, magnesium and zinc), fibre and secondary plant compounds. This nutrient composition makes chlorella a potentially nutritious supplement to support health.
