Use

Simply prepare 3 tablespoons with 300 ml of unsweetened soya drink in a shaker – done!

With plenty of valuable dietary fibre – for example from psyllium husks and a carefully selected mix of vegan proteins from pea, chickpea and faba bean.

Note: Please make absolutely sure that you drink enough as part of a low-calorie diet. 2-3 litres of calorie-free liquid per day are required, preferably mineral water or unsweetened tea. As inulin has a stimulating effect on bowel function and intestinal flora, an increased intake can lead to digestive complaints (e.g. flatulence, diarrhoea). People with a sensitive gastrointestinal tract (e.g. "irritable bowel") should consult their doctor before consuming the product. Shake the tin before use. The filling volume is due to technical reasons. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 3 months of opening.
