How to use
Recommended intake: Stir one level measuring scoop (12.5 g of powder) into 125 ml of low-fat milk (1.5% fat) or into 100 ml of water. Preparation with milk and consumption in the evening are recommended. We also recommend preparing it in the LR Shaker.
Be sure to maintain a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Traces of gluten and lupin cannot be ruled out.
Shake the tub before use. The fill level is due to technical reasons. Store in a cool, dry place and use promptly after opening.
