The LR Health Mission gut programme: PRO 12+ and Colostrum Liquid
The first part of the LR Health Mission consists of two products: PRO 12+ capsules with the Triplebiotic complex of prebiotics, twelve bacterial strains and a postbiotic, and Colostrum Liquid made from colostrum. What they contain, how they are taken and what the manufacturer says about them.

The LR Health Mission starts with the gut. The manufacturer calls this part the gut programme and uses two products for it: PRO 12+ capsules and Colostrum Liquid. This text explains what is in each of them and how, according to the manufacturer, they are taken. Why the gut is the starting point in the first place is explained in the overview of the Health Mission.
PRO 12+: the Triplebiotic complex
PRO 12+ is a bacterial preparation in capsules, 30 per pack. The manufacturer describes the contents as a Triplebiotic complex made up of three parts:
- Prebiotics: special dietary fibres known as fructo-oligosaccharides. They are food for the bacteria in the gut.
- Bacteria: one billion bacteria per capsule from twelve different strains.
- Postbiotics: the patented active ingredient Prolac-T, which the manufacturer describes as the next stage in the world of lactic acid bacteria.
The capsule is double-encapsulated. The purpose of this shell: the complex is meant to survive stomach acid and arrive in the gut intact. That is a statement about the capsule's technology, not about any effect in the body.
There is no authorised health claim for bacterial cultures in the EU. That is why this text says what is in it and how it is made, and not what it does.
Colostrum Liquid: colostrum, cold-processed

Colostrum is a cow's first milk after the birth of a calf. According to the manufacturer, Colostrum Liquid consists of 100% colostrum, with no preservatives and no artificial colours, 125 ml per bottle, made in Germany.
Three details from the manufacturer on processing:
- The colostrum comes from European cows.
- It is defatted and decaseinated, but not pasteurised.
- It is processed using a cold method so that the components of the raw material are preserved.
Colostrum naturally contains immunoglobulins, that is, antibodies. The brochure calculates that 8 ml of pure colostrum provides around 160 mg of immunoglobulins. The same applies here: there is no authorised health claim for colostrum, and we make none.
LR also sells Colostrum in capsule form. The Health Mission uses the liquid form.
Intake according to the manufacturer
| Product | Amount | When |
|---|---|---|
| Colostrum Liquid | 8 ml | in the morning |
| PRO 12+ | 1 capsule | in the evening |
Over the six months of the programme, both products are taken alongside the other two parts, the liver programme and the cell metabolism programme. The stated daily dose must not be exceeded.
What the brochure says and what is not stated here
For this part of the programme, LR's brochure talks about detoxification, a strengthened intestinal wall and immune power. These are health claims that are not authorised in the EU. We do not adopt them. If you would like to read the brochure, you will find it on the LR Health Mission topic page.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Frequently asked questions
Can I take PRO 12+ without the programme?
Yes, every product in the Health Mission is available individually. The programme is the combination, not a requirement.
Why is the colostrum not pasteurised?
The manufacturer states that the cold process preserves the components of the raw material. It is still defatted and decaseinated; it is not raw milk.
Is Colostrum Liquid suitable for people with a milk protein allergy?
Colostrum is cow's milk. If you are allergic to milk protein, you should not consume it and, if in doubt, should seek medical advice.
Where can I get the products?
You will find PRO 12+ and Colostrum Liquid in our range as soon as they have been released.
