The third part of the LR Health Mission is the one that structures the day: Aloe Vera Drinking Gel three times before meals, Pro Balance three times after them. The manufacturer calls it the cell metabolism programme and recommends keeping it up beyond the six months. This text explains both products, how to start with small amounts and the plan for the whole programme.
The Aloe Vera Drinking Gels
The brochure lists six varieties, all in 1-litre bottles, made in Germany:
| Variety | LR item number |
|---|---|
| Traditional Honey | 80700 |
| Peach | 80750 |
| Intense Sivera | 80800 |
| Active Freedom | 80850 |
| Immune Plus | 81000 |
| Açaí Pro | 81100 |
What the leaf gel contains and how the varieties differ is covered in the Aloe Vera topic: Drinking Aloe Vera gel and Which Aloe Vera Drinking Gel is right for me?. For the programme, you are free to choose any variety.
The authorised claims for the Drinking Gels relate to their vitamin C. It contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E, and it increases iron absorption. The brochure sums this up as “energy supplier”, “immune protector” and “regenerator”; we stick to the wording of the register.
Pro Balance

Pro Balance tablets contain minerals and trace elements – magnesium, calcium, copper and chromium as citrates and carbonates – and come in tubs of 360 tablets, made in Germany. The authorised claims for Pro Balance relate to its magnesium: it contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to electrolyte balance.
The brochure talks about the acid-base balance and about neutralising excess acids. There is no authorised claim for magnesium covering this; we do not adopt the brochure's statement.
Start slowly
The brochure advises getting the body used to the drinking gel: start with 5 ml per serving and increase by 5 ml every three days until you reach the normal dose of 30 ml per serving. Going from 5 ml to 30 ml takes around two weeks. If you have not drunk Aloe Vera Drinking Gel before, you are better off starting this way than with the full amount on the first day.
The intake plan for the whole programme
According to the brochure, this is what a day of the six-month programme looks like, with all three parts together:
| Morning | Midday | Evening | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aloe Vera Drinking Gel | 30 ml before the meal | 30 ml before the meal | 30 ml before the meal |
| Pro Balance | 4 tablets after the meal | 4 tablets after the meal | 4 tablets after the meal |
| Colostrum Liquid | 8 ml | ||
| PRO 12+ | 1 capsule | ||
| Liver Support | 1 capsule |
According to the manufacturer, the products may also be taken at other times and together; the stated daily dose must not be exceeded. What Colostrum Liquid and PRO 12+ are is explained under The gut programme, and what Liver Support is under The liver programme.
The manufacturer supplies the programme in two deliveries and, after the sixth month, recommends continuing the cell metabolism programme – that is, the Drinking Gel and Pro Balance – on an ongoing basis.
Three tips from the brochure that cost nothing
- Less sugar, more fresh fruit and vegetables.
- Drink enough.
- At least 20 minutes of physical activity a day.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to stick to one variety of Drinking Gel?
No. The programme specifies the amount, 30 ml before each meal, not the variety. Many people switch over the six months.
How many bottles do I need?
At 3 × 30 ml a day, that is 90 ml, so a 1-litre bottle lasts just over eleven days. For six months that comes to around 16 bottles, slightly fewer during the starting phase.
Is one tub of Pro Balance enough for the programme?
At 12 tablets a day, 360 tablets last 30 days. For six months, that is six tubs.
Where can I get the products?
You will find the Aloe Vera Drinking Gels and Pro Balance in our range, provided they have been released.
