LR FiguActive is the product family behind the LR Body Mission: powdered meals that replace a main meal. They come in four forms and in several flavours. This text organises them, lists the characteristics that the manufacturer states, and says which of them apply to all flavours and which do not.
Four forms, ten flavours
| Form | Flavours according to the brochure | Preparation |
|---|---|---|
| Shake | Soft Vanilla, Fruity Strawberry, Smooth Cocoa, Lovely Coffee | 3 tablespoons in 300 ml of soya milk |
| Soup | Yummy Veggie, Spicy Curry, Sweet Potato, Juicy Tomato | 7 tablespoons in 350 ml of hot water |
| Flakes | Crusty Raspberry | with soya milk, cold |
| Bowl | Berry Dream | with soya milk, cold |
Shakes and soups cover the morning and the evening; the flakes and the bowl are the alternative for breakfast. The amounts for the flakes and the bowl are given on the pack.

What they contain
The brochure describes the recipe using the chocolate shake as an example. For this product, it states the following:
- little sugar, sweetened with stevia
- a high fibre content, from psyllium husks among other sources
- a high protein content, plant-based, from pea, chickpea and faba bean
- only natural flavourings
- vegan, free from gluten and lactose
- free from palm oil, artificial colours and flavour enhancers
For the product family as a whole, the brochure names three exceptions, and they matter if there is something you need to watch out for:
- Sugar: The Juicy Tomato Soup and the Berry Dream Bowl contain sugar from their natural raw ingredients, that is, from tomatoes or strawberries, with no added sugars. The Crusty Raspberry Flakes contain little sugar when prepared as directed.
- Gluten: The Crusty Raspberry Flakes are not gluten-free.
- Availability: According to the manufacturer, some products are not available in certain countries.
There is an authorised claim for protein: protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and to a growth in muscle mass. It applies to foods with a high protein content, which is what the manufacturer states for the FiguActive meals.
Why a powdered meal counts as a meal
In the EU, a meal replacement has to meet legal requirements for energy content, protein, vitamins and minerals before it may bear the claim on losing or maintaining weight. What exactly this claim says and which conditions are attached to it is explained under How replacing meals works.
Adding extras is allowed

The brochure explicitly encourages you to vary the meals: blueberries in the shake, broccoli in the soup. If you do, keep an eye on the extra calories; the claim on meal replacement applies within an energy-restricted diet.

Frequently asked questions
Which flavour should I start with?
The brochure uses the chocolate shake as the example for the recipe and has Stefan and Elisa, the two people in the weekly plans, each choose two shakes, one soup, the flakes and the bowl. A mix of warm and cold covers the morning and the evening.
Are all flavours vegan?
The brochure describes the meals as vegan and includes a vegan weekly plan. The ingredients list on the respective pack is the definitive source.
Can I mix the meals with water instead of soya milk?
The soups are made with hot water; according to the brochure, the shakes, flakes and bowl are made with soya milk. Using a different liquid changes the energy and nutrient content of the finished meal.
