The LR Body Mission is a programme from LR Health & Beauty for people who want to lose weight or maintain their weight. According to the manufacturer, it consists of three parts: the LR FiguActive meals, which replace one or two main meals a day, three companions (Pro Balance, Protein Power and the Herbal Fasting Tea) and online support with meal plans and recipes.
The texts in this topic explain how replacing meals works and which conditions are attached to the authorised claim for it, which meal forms and flavours there are, and what a week with the programme looks like.
One thing up front, so that nobody goes looking: the FiguActive meals and the Herbal Fasting Tea are not currently on our shelves. We explain them anyway, because the programme cannot be understood without them. Pro Balance and Protein Power are available from us; they are listed below the texts as soon as they have been released.
